Sales Tax:  

BARKCODE™  is based in California.  We collect California State and Local taxes for orders being shipped to and within the State of California only.

Back Orders:  

In the rare instance an item you choose is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours and we will work with you to find your best option.  You will not be charged additional shipping for any item that had been on back order when we are shipping to you within the continental U.S.  We thank you for your patience.

Cancellations:   

Cancellations must be received within 24 hours of placing your order, because we typically ship within 24 to 72 hours. A cancellation after the order has been shipped will be charged shipping and handling charges.   We unfortunately cannot accept a cancellation on custom made Photo ID Pet Tags once the 24 hour period for cancellation has passed.  If you do need to cancel, please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Returns:

Return any unused, unopened Doggles® or Simply Fido™ items that you have purchased with us for a full refund, less your shipping and handeling charges.  Any Doggles® or Simply Fido™ item must be returned unused and undamaged within 30 days of your purchase.  Please contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
