Effective February 5, 2012 BARKCODE® QR Code Pet ID purchases includes a 10 year guarantee that your code will remain active unless you request in writting that the code be removed from service.
BARKCODE® is based in California. We collect California State and Local taxes for orders being shipped to and within the State of California only.
Cancellations must be received within 48 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately we cannot accept a cancellation on custom made Photo ID Pet Tags, as they are made to your specifications.
